Ban Notre Dame from playing Big 10 Teams

I believe that I read a few years ago that the Big 10 offered ND a chance to join for Football. ND turned the Big 10 down because of their TV deal with CBS. I think the three schools that play ND on a yearly basis (Michigan, Michigan State and Purdue) should stop playing ND.

If you can't tell, I really don't like ND.
