* 2 teaspoons ground ginger
* 2 teaspoons dried tarragon
* 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 4 lamb chops

I would like a gas grill, but I want my first gas grill to be one to remember. So until then, I gotta go with charcoal!

I've been on the fence. When I was in grad school I had a nice place and a gas grill. Now I've got my own place (still a nice place) but absilutely nowhere to put a gas grill. I've come close to going to a charcoal one for the driveway but haven't pulled the trigger. Now that it's June... i may have to pull the trigger. I grilled every night when I had a gas one.

I do like the taste that charcoal gives steaks and what not. But it's so hard to get an even cook, plus it takes forever to get the coals going. I'm impatient when I see a 16oz Ribeye looking at me.

Yeah... that's what kills me... it takes too long on the coals...
I don't think I'd be patient enough each nite to get them lit.
